Arcane: Is it Worth Watching?

Arcane takes place in Piltover (also known as the Topside) and its poverty-stricken counterpart, Zaun. The story is about two sisters, Vi and Powder, and two scientists, Viktor and Jayce. They are trying to harness the dangerous power of magic and use it to help the citizens of Piltover for the better. Vi is a snarky and loving older sister who tries to protect Powder. Powder wants to prove that she can be useful when they go on “jobs” which are robbing the topsiders. (What those in Zaun call the citizens of Piltover)
Arcane is good because there is always something happening, and there is no unnecessary filler to the show. It also progresses quickly without dumping a bunch of information at you all at once. It also does not expect you to know anything about the characters beforehand. For the fans of League, it is a chance to see why those characters became who they are now, and fans can notice fun little easter eggs, but for anyone else, it is a story with new characters in a crucial part of their lives.
Arcane is extremely well done, with their stunning art and incredible voice acting. Each frame is a beautiful piece of art, and the way the voice actors portray the characters is done so well. Every small detail in the scene is thought out and included, giving it a beautiful backdrop, even in the Undercity, which is supposed to be a dangerous, eerie, and impoverished place. The story is really well developed, and the music production is phenomenal, with catchy music matching every mood perfectly.
Arcane has amazing cinematography, animations, characters, music, and so much more. It is definitely worth watching if you love action, fantasy, and magic. Season one has nine episodes, each around 40 minutes, and it was recently announced there would be a season two, although there is no confirmed date yet.
