The Disastrous Life of Saiki K is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Shūichi Asō. The first volume was released May 14, 2012 in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. There are a total of 26 volumes released.
The Disastrous Life of Saiki K is a two-season anime that was adapted from the manga. The first episode was released on July 4, 2016. The main character is a 16 year old named Kusuo Saiki who is a student at PK Academy. He was born with psychic abilities including teleportation, telekinesis, invisibility, mind control, and more. He never wanted to have psychic powers and has always tried to find solutions to get rid of them. Somehow, he has to save the world every other day using those abilities which is quite the hassle.
Along the way, he meets new people from his classes. Two of those people are Mikoto Aiura and Reita Toritsuka who also have supernatural abilities. Aiura has the ability to tell someone’s fortune and Reita can see ghosts and interact with them. Then there are Saiki’s friends that don’t have special abilities but are still special in their own way. Shun Kaido is among one of those people who is still like a child and imagines that his sworn enemy is Dark Reunion. Nendou is the scariest person in their class year.
This anime is great for someone who likes to watch comedy anime or great for someone who likes to see someone’s life coping with their psychic and supernatural abilities in the real world.

I love this Anime, I really like how the writers decided to make it more on the comedy side than a “serious” anime. It really gives me a nice laugh whenever I feel down. Overall love the Article! Would 100% recommend to watch!
