Landmark Carnival

The Landmark Carnival was opened to the public on September 23rd to October 3rd. The Landmark Carnival is located in Alexandria, VA. If you were planning on going, these were the hours it was open. Monday through Thursday 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. Friday. 5 p.m. – 11 p.m. Saturday. noon – 11 p.m. Sunday. noon – 10 p.m.
Lilyan, an 8th grader at Glasgow commented on what she thinks about going to the carnival, “ I am really excited to go and I think it will be really fun to go with friends and family”.
Parking and admission was free. This year you need a parent or guardian to supervise you if you are under the age of 17. Masks were recommended even for guests that are vaccinated. Tickets were needed to ride the rides, 30$=20 tickets and 60$=50 tickets. Rides took 2 or more tickets per ride. Currently the carnival is closed but you can always go next year!

Lidia Eyob is an 8th grader at Glasgow Middle School. She lives in Alexandria, Virginia. Her favorite color is black. She goes outside and watches Netflix in her free time. She's been out of state a great deal. Some of the places she has traveled to are New York, California, and more. She enjoys cooking/baking, but that doesn't mean she's good at it.
